The rule follows from the idea that truth, and therefore law, is based upon fundamental principles which can be discovered, but which cannot be created through an act of will. WebbLaws are something children of all ages can understand. From the basic "laws" or rules of the classroom to the more complex legislative process, children need age-appropriate instruction on laws, contracts, and similar information, so they will be well-adjusted adults when they are done with school.
