Web28 Jul 2015 · Review of Potash Road. Took a drive down the Potash-Lower Colorado River Scenic Byway at sunset. The road (U-279) is easy to find and has a nice view of the Colorado River. There are a couple pull-outs and hikes that are interesting especially the "dinosaur tracks." The dinosaur tracks were easy to find using the visual map posted at the pull-out.
