WebKinda feel like if you're in this season's top end gear, scaling should make the Mage Tower comparable to how it was in full Tomb gear in Legion if not Antorus gear. I don't know if legacy gear is overtuned or current gear is undertuned, but people farming BC and MoP gear for 9.1.5 content just seems like a questionable design choice. I would suggest looking up Wowhead’s guide to Timewalking gear sets and get as many gem slots in gear as possible. Gem slots on all pieces of gear and certain ledgendaries that won’t be deactivated is the main key to better damage.
