I asked about the CPU, because if the CPU can't feed the GPU fast enough then the GPU usage will be lower than 100%, I think RAM can also impact that as well.
WebThis problem began after the Destiny Halloween update on which I believe was on October 29th 2024. Nothing else is under stress at all. CPU and Memory well below 50% while GPU shows constant 99% when running Destiny 2. I'm running on max settings everything which shouldn't be a problem.
