To England in September 2008

In September we went to Glorious Albion. Here is a little video as a taster, and there are some pictures below.

Amongst many other wonders, we saw…

My eldest daughter Ginny and youngest grandchild Robert:

The eldest granddaughter Caitlin:

(How come I’ve lost the picture of Ginny’s husband Kevin – it’s nothing personal!)

The wondrous Dr Polly Wilding:

Saw my old mate and photographic wizz, Dave Lawson:

We had a drink in the Bull at Ambridge:

Ate Lamb Curry crisps on the road:

Saw Warwick:

Wonderful Aunt Trudie, still going very strong at 92:

My brother, with less hair than me but not carrying as much extra weight, and my niece Indy:

Handsome Nick, now studying in Bristol:

And after visiting Marpa House and seeing my teacher, Ato Rinpoche, in Cambridge, we spent a long time in the British Museum meeting these characters:

A guardian spirit:
Golden Kate Moss:

Dancing skeletons:
The Karma Dakini:

Busy, we missed important things, but good!

A couple of links

Things have been a bit busy the last few weeks, as I’ve been helping set up another website for Karma Samten Choeling. Take a peek at: Karma Samten Choeling

I’ve also heard from an old Oxford buddy, Keith Bloomfield, recently retired from being UK Amassador in Kathmandu, who sent me a link of a singing friend from there, who does sound as if she has a really nice voice: Telepathy

Take a look!
